Company founder, Derek Dixon brings over 27 years of law enforcement experience to DLMA. Derek retired from the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office in Iron Mountain Michigan. Derek achieved the rank of Detective Lieutenant before retiring in June of 2024. Derek has hundreds of hours of courtroom experience in state and federal court. Derek has also been involved in many depositions during his career in civil cases.
